5. User Registration and Accounts

We may(a) suspend your account;(b) cancel your account; and/or(c) edit your account details, below are the instances to warrant cancellation or suspension; If a user is deemed to be carrying out malicious activities e.g., Denial of service attacks, penetration testing, SQL injection, cross-site scripting. You may cancel your account on Lengo App by an email request to our support team on info@lengoapp.co.ke.

8. Your Content: License

In these terms and conditions, “your content” means all works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material, scripts, software and files) that you submit to Lengo App for storage or publication on, processing by, or transmission via, Lengo App]. You may edit your content to the extent permitted using the editing functionality on Lengo App. You own all of the content and information you post on Lengo App and you can control how it is shared. When you delete content, it is deleted but may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. When you become a member or buy items on Lengo App as a Guest/Visitor you will be asked to provide some information about yourself. Where we suspend or prohibit or block your access to Lengo App, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking including without limitation relating and/or using a different account.

12. Variation

You hereby agree that we may assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
You may not without our prior written consent assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

13. Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

14. Third Party Rights

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

Lengo App is owned and operated by Lengo App.
We are registered under the Kenya Constitution Company Act under the name Lengo App, and our registered office, principal place of business, postal address, telephone and email address are as published on our website from time to time.
